The First Impression Company provides training for staff members responsible for creating the
impression your company makes on visitors – in particular, receptionists or hosts greeting the
company’s guests.
'We focus on clarifying the implications of the first impression – what happens during those first seven
seconds and how it affects the visitor’s perception of the company, the meeting itself, and the values
projected. We discuss in depth the business skills required in the future – skills that are founded on
a strong and solid relationship with those we meet, and we explore what can be done technically and
at the level of detail to make a good impression on a guest. The goal of the training is for you to take
ownership of the first impression you give and to consistently – not randomly – make a difference
when important business transactions are at stake.
The First Impression Company in addition provides staffing and recruitment services. All candidates
